Valencia CF have received official notification from LaLiga that, in accordance with the information provided by the Consejo Superior de Deportes (Spanish Sports Council), the LaLiga Santander and LaLiga Smartbank competitions will be held behind-closed-doors for the next two weeks. LaLiga have also indicated that no type of suspension of these matchdays is being considered. In the case of Valencia CF, these measures will initially affect the games at Mestalla against Levante UD on Saturday March 14th, and at the Santiago Bernabéu against Real Madrid.
LaLiga and Valencia CF will communicate the protocol for behind-closed-doors games, in which only personnel strictly necessary for the undertaking of the game and its broadcast will be present.
Information on the refund procedure for tickets purchased online and at ticket offices for the LaLiga game between Valencia CF and Levante UD:
Online purchase:
For all tickets purchased through www.valenciacf.com, the club will refund the amount via the same means as used for payment.
Ticket office purchase:
Those who purchased tickets at the Mestalla Ticket Office will have to attend in person between March 11th to March 31st (except for matchdays) during normal opening hours to collect their refund. Presentation of the ticket and an identity document is essential.
